Dated May 31, 2016, State council of the peoples republic of China announcing "Soil Contamination Prevention Strategy" caught many eyes and ears of the public. The strategy states that by the year of 2020, Contaminated farms should be 90% free of contamination, and so do lands that are contaminated should be 90% or above free of contamination. The announcement was followed by 20 provinces and the financial demand has been drastically increasing. A demonstration of a huge demand will allow for huge supply.
The International Soiltec as attracted people from all over the world to come to China in discussing soil and underground water crisis and problems. There are people from environmental fields, researchers, professors and industrial entreprenuers .
Soiltec China 2017 was held on October 19 - 20 in Shanghai. The theme "United Worldwide, Discover China's road to recovering soil and underground water crisis".
